About the report
The report sets out a pathway to decarbonising the city’s energy system, including energy used in buildings, industry and transportation.
The report was commissioned by Brighton & Hove City Council and put together by Buro Happold. It looks at how the city can change to low carbon energy systems by delivering high-impact projects.
The report identifies 110 priority projects, including:
- rooftop solar panels
- energy efficiency improvements to homes and businesses
- more EV charging
- rollout of heat networks and heat pumps
