Register for MyAccount as an individual

Register for MyAccount to view your Council Tax account, buy visitor parking permits, apply for a resident parking permit, apply for a school place or check your bin or recycling box collection day.

We have made some changes to MyAccount. You will be prompted to enter your council tax number. If you don't have it to hand, please navigate to the 'Home' page within MyAccount, after you've logged in.

As an individual, you can access:

  • Council Tax
    • view your account details and bills
    • make a payment or set up a Direct Debit
  • Resident parking
    • apply for or renew a parking permit
    • change the vehicle on an existing permit
    • cancel your permit
  • Visitor parking
    • buy visitor parking permits
  • Schools
    • apply for a school place
  • Refuse and recycling
    • check your bin or recycling box collection day
    • report a missed refuse or recycling collection
