BYC skatepark

The modern indoor wooden skatepark upstairs at Brighton Youth Centre includes:

  • a mini ramp
  • quarter pipes
  • flat banks
  • rails
  • blocks

They offer:

  • supervised skate sessions
  • private hire
  • beginners skateboarding courses

Skateboards, helmets and pads are all provided.

Events and projects

BYC Girls Night

A female-only skateboard session at Brighton Youth Centre's indoor skatepark.

The group is for ages 13 and over.

Dates and times: Thursday, 6:30pm to 9pm.

Go Skate Project

A referral mental well-being programme for 13 to 19-year-olds who are anxious, low in mood or confidence.

The programme offers free skateboarding tuition in a safe and fun environment with qualified coaches at BYC Skatepark.

Skateboards, helmets and pads are all provided.
