Introduction
There is a strict no-parking policy on any of the estate roads and the village at Stanmer.
Stanmer Village may be used for parking by Blue Badge holders only.
There is no through road or access unless:
- you are authorised
- you are a resident
- for deliveries

Car parks are chargeable between the hours shown and can be paid by app or phone.
Upper Lodges Car Park

Open 9am to 5pm.
Church Car Park, Chalk Hill, Lower Lodges East and West

Open 9am to 8pm.
Patchway Car Park

Open 9am to 8pm.
Overflow car parks will be opened for use in the summer months and at peak times only.
Accessibility and disabled parking
There's accessibility and disabled parking in the village, as well as at marked bays in each of the car parks.
Motorbikes
Motorbikes park for free in motorcycle-only bays in the Patchway, and in the following car parks without marked bays:
- Church
- Lower Lodges East
- Upper Lodges
- Chalk Hill
Motorhomes, horseboxes and longer wheel based vehicles
Parking for longer vehicles can be accommodated in car parks at Church, and Lower Lodges East.
Generally, car parks with marked bays are unsuitable for longer wheel-based vehicles.
Coaches and minibuses
Coaches and minibuses can be accommodated for organised visits only by prior booking with the Estate Management Team.

Who manages the parking
Penalty Charge Notices (PCN)
If you park without a valid ticket, your vehicle may get a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
You must pay the £50 charge within 28 days - depending on contravention.
This charge will be reduced by 50% if payment is received within 14 days.
