Request to plant a tree with the Tree Trust

Use this form to have a tree planted in one of our parks to mark a birth, anniversary or bereavement.

You can donate:

  • the full cost of planting a specific tree
  • an amount of your choice towards the city’s tree planting
  • £407.00 to plant a specific tree in a chosen location

You'll need to tell us:

  • your address and contact details
  • where you would like the tree to be planted and a second choice location
  • what species of tree you prefer and a second choice species
  • if and when you would like to be involved in the planting
  • the name of the person or people donating the tree
  • if you want a certificate, the wording you would like on the certificate

Once we receive your form, we'll contact you to arrange the planting and take payment.
