Small business and business owners support programme
Reset. Restart is a dedicated programme to support SMEs which you can access remotely.
Reset. Restart – National Support
We know this is a difficult time for small businesses and business owners. That’s why with the British Library, we are developing a dedicated programme to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) all of which can be accessed remotely, wherever you are.
Open to all business owners, especially those in the first years of trading, the Reset. Restart programme can help you transform, future-proof or grow your business through the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
These BIPC webinars cover 10 topics to help you figure out the best way to transform or recalibrate your business. After you've joined one or more of these webinars you can receive further tailored support from our local Reset. Restart programme.
Reset. Restart – local support
Running until March 2021, the local Reset. Restart programme includes small group workshops, 1:1 advice from a business expert and facilitated networking sessions to help you connect with other local businesses in a similar position.
There are 4 workshops, each focusing on a different topic.
- Pitch it right will help shape your communication with customers
- Price with Confidence will show you how to price competitively while remaining profitable
- Your Perfect Customer will help you identify who is buying from you, who isn’t buying from you and why that is happening
- Tools for the Job will help you identify the equipment, technology and expertise you need to drive your business forwards
These facilitated networking sessions will help you to link up with other local businesses.
There will be guest speakers and a wealth of information on how and where to power your next steps.
1:1 support can be booked with a business expert (places are limited) Sign up for 1:1 support.
