About our home delivery service
We offer a home delivery service to members who can’t get to our libraries. This includes those with a disability, health condition or illness.

About our online library catalogue
You can borrow, renew and reserve items online. This includes items from our partner libraries.
You'll need your library card number and PIN to reserve an item. You can also check what you have on loan, and renew items by logging in to your account.
Other ways we can help if you can’t get to our libraries
If you can't get to our libraries because you have a disability, health condition or illness, you may find it helpful to:
- have your items on loan for longer than six weeks
- get discounts on our fees and charges
- have a friend or family member collect your items from any of our libraries
