Our organisational values define how we work and behave. They help us to do our best for the city and its residents. Our People Promise has 5 commitments from the council to our staff. They ensure our diverse staff can excel in their jobs and feel valued at work.

Supporting your wellbeing at work

We want to ensure our workforce is supported physically and mentally. We do this by providing health and safety and wellbeing support to all our staff, including a 24/7 counselling and advice line.
