We are seeking a clerk to provide professional advice, support, and administrative assistance to our governing body. Your role will include arranging meetings, taking minutes, maintaining records, and keeping the governing body informed of key local and national developments impacting their work.
About the role
We’re looking for someone with minute-taking experience, strong ICT and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Training is available through the local authority, along with opportunities to connect with other clerks.
The role requires flexibility, with approximately six Full Governing Body meetings per year (usually mornings) and occasional ad hoc meetings.
