About the role
In this post you will play a key role in fulfilling the council's Customer Promise and Vision by inspiring a team of Housing Customer Service Advisers to deliver excellent advice and support to council tenants and leaseholders across the full range of communication channels.
You will also be responsible for performance in specific service areas and lead on projects to bring new work into the team and improve service delivery.
Interviews will be held week commencing 7 October 2019.
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
