Job introduction

Paid weeks per year: 45.05 (inclusive of holiday entitlement) 

Fixed Term: Up to 12 months to cover maternity leave. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am to 3.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch. 28 hours per week - term time. 

Start date: As soon as possible

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated School Office Administrator, to join our busy team as soon as possible and help us cover a colleague who is on maternity leave.

About the role

Responsibilities will vary but include:

  • Reception duties
  • Answering general telephone calls
  • Pupil first aid/welfare duties
  • School trip assistance
  • Clerical/admin support
  • General admin procedures

Experience required:

  • ICT skills – Word, Excel, Internet
  • Good communications skills
  • SIMS – Knowledge of using software package (preferable but not essential!)
