SEND Teaching Assistant (Level B)
Paid weeks per year: 46.94 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Balfour Primary School requires an enthusiastic, committed SEND Teaching Assistant to work with in both Year 2 and Reception. The Teaching Assistants are a busy and productive team within the School who support our enthusiastic students as well as our vibrant teams of teaching staff. In addition, the successful post holder will support our children at lunchtime. Please see the job description for further information about the roles.

About the role
Hours: The post holder will be expected to work Monday - Friday term time only. 8:45am - 3:30pm. This includes a 15-minute break and a 30-minute lunch. [30 hrs/wk]
Salary: The starting salary is NJC Scale 4a. (£23,194 - £23,620) pro rata.
Term: This is maternity cover, initially a fixed term position until 31st August 2024
