Stanford Junior School is looking to appoint a highly skilled and creative class teacher who is passionate about teaching and learning, committed to their own professional development and with good collaborative skills. The successful candidate will work within a year group team of three, with the wider staff team and with the school’s senior leadership team to provide teaching and learning opportunities that will challenge, motivate and excite the children who they teach, whilst inspiring colleagues.

We will be interested to hear what you can bring to our school and will want you to demonstrate the skills, energy and passion required to enable our school to secure even better outcomes for children during the interview process.

We can offer you:

  • a supportive senior leadership team
  • opportunities to further your practice within a vibrant school, minutes from the city centre and Brighton’s seafront
  • well-behaved polite and ambitious children who are keen to learn
  • an amazing staff team
