Job introduction

We are looking for a team of Customer Service Officers that are required to work in our Customer Service Team.

About the role

You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This is a customer facing role where you will be required to communicate with our customers through, telephone, email and formal letter.  The team issues a variety of parking permits to customers living and working in the city. We are committed to continual modernisation and improvement in the customer journey. Training opportunities to extend your skills are encouraged through a mixture of online and attended courses. The successful applicants will work as part of 1 of the customer service teams with a mixture of telephone and back office duties on a rota.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
