About the role
To work closely with the EMAS ( Ethnic Minority Achievement Service) Early Years leadership team and Early Years settings to deliver effective bilingual support to children and families with English as an Additional Language ( EAL)in the city. The role will involve managing referrals and timetabling, and supporting EMAS management with induction, training, mentoring and appraisals for a large team of peripatetic bilingual assistants (BLAs).

Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
Work Permits: This role does not meet the requirement for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Points-based Immigration System. Successful candidates will need to evidence that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
