Job introduction

Paid weeks per year: 44 inclusive of holiday entitlement

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist/admin person to be part of our amazing office team that even includes Bessie the school dog.  A good team player is an essential quality as well as a sense of humour.

About the role

You will be the first person meeting visitors and parents on arrival and so must be friendly and welcoming as well as  having outstanding customer service skills for our families, pupils, staff and other visitors.  

You will need to have excellent IT skills as we move towards a paperless systems in school.

The areas in bold on the job specification are the main qualities we require. Those not in bold are less important

Please bear in mind, due to our location, there is no free parking available.

Whilst experience in school would be great, a customer focused and can do attitude are far more desirable.
