Stanford Junior School is looking to appoint an experienced HLTA who is highly motivated, skilled and creative. The role will involve: working closely with the leadership team and teaching staff to support children’s learning and progress (in class, working with small groups and whole classes); facilitating management release and early career teacher release time; covering staff absence on a needs basis. Initially, this role is for a fixed term to cover maternity leave with the possibility of becoming permanent. HLTAs play a significant role in the school’s pupil premium strategy.
The successful candidate will be line managed and supported by the deputy head teacher.
