Job introduction

Paid weeks per year: 47.15 inclusive of holiday entitlement

Stanford Junior School is looking to appoint an experienced HLTA who is highly motivated, skilled and creative. The role will involve: working closely with the leadership team and teaching staff to support children’s learning and progress (in class, working with small groups and whole classes); facilitating management release and early career teacher release time; covering staff absence on a needs basis. This post offers a degree of flexibility with hours to be discussed at interview. HLTAs support the school’s pupil premium strategy.

The successful candidate will be line managed and supported by the deputy head teacher.
