Job introduction

Paid weeks per year: 47.15 inclusive of holiday entitlement

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.55 - 3.05 (unpaid 30 min break)

Fixed term: To be reviewed at end of summer term 2022

Start date: As soon as possible

Peter Gladwin School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, resilient and reflective INA to join the team. 

About the role

Recent experience of supporting primary aged pupils with a range of needs including ASC, cognitive and SEMH is essential and ideally the candidate will have an awareness of Attachment Aware/Trauma Informed responses.  

The successful candidate will be committed to understanding specific triggers and behaviours and forming positive relationships with pupils, whilst maintaining clear and consistent boundaries and expectations. 

The role involves supporting individual children, as a Key Adult, across the primary age range.
