Job introduction

A skilled administrator is required to support the day to day administration of the Acquisitions Team.

About the role

You should be a skilled administrator confident with the use of MS Office applications; use of databases and EDRMS tools; a good communicator who can liaise between landlords, tenants, contractors, support providers and other council departments in order to fulfil the council's statutory requirements as landlords.

The role will also involve payment of accounts, minute taking and a full range of office based administrative.

Please note that knowledge of housing is not essential as training can be provided, but administration experience competency is essential.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.

Work Permits: This role does not meet the requirement for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Points-based Immigration System. Successful candidates will need to evidence that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
