The Governors are seeking to recruit a Site Manager for our inclusive, community minded school. 

Start date: As soon as possible

 

 

About the role

Our ideal Site Manager will have the qualifications and experience for general maintenance and repair, the ability to assess and facilitate the cleanliness of the school and grounds and the knowledge to advise on the upkeep of the fabric of the building in line with the schools Health and Safety requirements.  Additional tasks will include the supervision of facilities staff and cleaning contractors and upkeep of statutory records including Fire Risk Assessments and COSSH.

Interview date: Week commencing 7th February 2022
