About the role
We are looking to appoint a calm, enthusiastic and approachable colleague to join our team. As a ‘front of house’ Receptionist & Admin Support Assistant, you will have the ability to relate well to children and adults and provide comprehensive administrative support to the school in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience of general clerical/administrative work, excellent organisation and communication skills and an understanding of relevant technology.
Linked to this post is 2.5 hours per week Midday Supervisory Assistant support.
You will be fully supported in this role by our School Business Manager and Admin Team. Appropriate training will be offered on school specific programmes.
