Tarnerland Nursery School is for children aged from 3 months to 5 years, it is funded by the Local Education Authority in partnership with the Council’s Children’s & Family Services.

 

About the role

We need a receptionist who will be able to support the nurseries administration and organisation with a special focus on admissions. The role will involve welcoming all children and families, dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries and liaising with new families from first enquiry to admission.

Undertaking administrative tasks to help the smooth running of the school. You will need to demonstrate experience of clerical / administrative work, an understanding of relevant ICT packages, have good numerical and literacy skills, with an ability to plan strategically to support the organisation of transitions, visits and start dates.

The current working hours for this role are 12.30pm to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. However, there is some flexibility with the possibility of working to 7.45am-1.15pm two days per week by agreement
