Job introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time, 37 hours per week, Senior Social worker in our Front Door For Families service,  within the multi agency safeguarding hub (MASH), based at Kingswood Street, Brighton.  The post holder will be working with key professionals including health, education and police who work closely together to enable timely decisions to be made to safeguard children, young people and families more effectively.

The last Ofsted report in 2018 rated our services as good and recognised the difference our model of practice has made for children and young people.  Children with more complex needs receive an effective, multi agency response when they are referred to FDFF.  Timely information gathering and analysis, supported by clear management direction, ensures that children at risk of harm are protected.
