Job introduction

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist / Admin to be part of our amazing office team that even includes Bessie the School Dog. A good Team player is an essential quality.

Paid weeks per year: 44 inclusive of holiday entitlement

Start date: September 2021

 

 

About the role

The successful candidate will be the first person visitors meet on arrival at the school office in the city centre therefore must be friendly and welcoming and have outstanding customer service skills for our families, pupils, staff and other visitors. 

They will be expected to provide support with general office duties and must have solid IT Skills as we move towards paperless systems in school and improve the way we use information and data.

Whilst experience in a school environment would be great, a customer-focused and can-do attitude are far more desirable.  Due to the location of our school, please note that there is no free parking available.
