Job introduction

We currently have vacancies for Supply Teaching Assistants to work alongside students at our Downs View School in Woodingdean.

Paid weeks per year: 46.94 inclusive of holiday entitlement

Start date: As soon as possible, dependent on references, DBS Check and notice period

 

 

About the role

Students are aged 4-16 years old, with severe learning difficulties, autism and profound/multiple difficulties. Although specific experience in this area is not essential, we would welcome applications from people who are sensitive to others with special needs. Please note that our school in Hollingdean will be moving to and merging with our school in Woodingdean over the winter. These students are aged 6 to 16 and have moderate learning difficulties, complex needs and autism/ADHD.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Points-based Immigration System.
