Supporting your application

Support for disabled applicants

If you need help to apply for a job or you'd like to complete your application in a different format , such as large print, PDF or Word, please email your request to recruitment@brighton-hove.gov.uk

As part of your application, you will be asked if you would like to be considered under our Disability Confident scheme. If you say yes and if your application shows you meet the minimum essential criteria for the job, you will be offered an interview under our Offer of an Interview Scheme.

If you are shortlisted, please let the recruiting manager know as soon as possible if there are adjustments you'd like us to make to support you at the interview.

If you have questions about the job

Most of our job adverts include the name and contact details of the hiring manager for the role. You can contact them if you have specific questions about the job or would like an informal chat about it before applying.
