What you can report
Graffiti that needs removing
We'll respond to you in:
- 7 working days
- 24 hours if the graffiti is racist, offensive or abusive
Flytipping or bulky waste that needs removing
We'll respond to you in:
- 5 working days
- 24 hours for an emergency
Communal lights that need fixing
We'll respond to you in 3 working days.
Communal doors or windows that need fixing
We'll respond to you in 3 working days.
Street hazards that need cleaning up
We'll respond to you in 24 hours.
Minor adaptations that need to be made for disabled or elderly people
We'll respond to you in 10 working days.
