About the property licensing register
Contact the Private Sector Housing team if you:
- need information on a property that is not on the register
- think any information in the register is wrong
- have any questions about a licence or have any queries regarding an entry on the register
Only properties where the full licence has been issued can appear on the Public Registers. We cannot include properties where a licence has expired or for which an application form has been received or is currently being processed.
We cannot give out details or personal information, but we may be able to let you know if a licence has expired, or we have received a new application.
