Our Housing Solutions service matches you with tenants who are in a good position to start a long term tenancy in private housing.
Who can apply
The Housing Solutions service is open to all landlords with properties in the Brighton & Hove area, from Shoreham By-Sea to Newhaven.
The service is free, we charge no commission or other fees.
We can also offer additional benefits such as free photographic inventories, long term tenancies and ongoing support throughout the tenancy from our Sustainment Team.
We need properties of all sizes, flats and houses.
Your property needs to:
- be safe and secure
- be in a reasonable state of decoration
- meet health and safety standards
- have current gas and electrical certificates
- comply with Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard and have an Energy Performance Certificate of E or above
What we can offer:

During your appointment, one of our negotiators will inspect your property and advise on the levels of rent you could set. If your property passes the inspection, we'll set you up on the Housing Solutions service and start the viewing process.
