There is a £75 discount on the Standard Application fee if a landlord is accredited with these landlord groups:
- ihowz Landlord Association
- National Residential Landlords Association
- Safeagent
There is also a £75 discount on the fee if a property has an EPC rating of C or above.
Please note, if a landlord is accredited with one of the landlord groups and their property has an EPC rating of C or above, there is still only one discount of £75 available.
We charge a Prompted fee if you do not make a standard application on time and we have to chase you to make one. There are no discounts available if the prompted fee applies.
