Help in the event of an emergency

If a flood, fire or another emergency has effected your property and you do not have anywhere to stay, please speak to your landlord, letting agent or insurance provider to see whether they are able to provide you with interim accommodation.

If you are a Council Tenant, please contact Housing Customer Services on 01273 293 030.

If you are in a Housing Association, please contact your provider directly.

If you are renting or an owner-occupier and your landlord, letting agent or insurance provider is unable unable to help, please call our Housing Advice Team on 01273 294 400 and select Option 1.

If you are over 26 years old

If you are 26 years old or over and are homeless or at risk of homelessness you can contact our Housing Advice service.
