What you can report
The table below shows the neighbourhood issues you can report and how long we'll normally take to deal with them.

| Graffiti that needs removing | 7 working days, or 24 hours if the graffiti is racist, offensive or abusive |
| Flytipping or bulky waste that needs removing | 5 working days, or 24 hours for an emergency |
| Communal lights that need fixing | 3 working days |
| Communal doors or windows that need fixing | 3 working days |
| Street hazards that need cleaning up | 24 hours |
| Minor adaptations that need to be made for disabled or elderly people | 10 working days |
