Important information

2 August Direct Debit payments

Unfortunately the first Direct Debit payment using our new system was not collected on 2 August as planned due to a failure with the payment request sent to BACS. Please accept our apologies for this error and any inconvenience caused to as a result of this.

We are working hard to fix this issue with our software supplier. We'll make a new payment request via BACS a soon as the problem is resolved.

We're writing to all Direct Debit Payers affected separately. If you are affected, in the interim, please do not make any additional payments on your account.

If you received a message to say your Direct Debit was not successful this week, you do not need to set up a new Direct Debit.

We do not need your bank details if you already pay by Direct Debit and will not ask you for these details.
