This account is not connected to MyAccount. If you have a MyAccount you’ll still need to register for a new account to use Housing online.
You can use the same email address and password as your MyAccount to register your new account with Housing online.
You can pay your rent by card online.
You can call us on 01273 291 908 and choose option 5 to make your card payment over the phone.
You can download our standing order form (PDF 96KB) and send it to your bank or building society to set up a standing order to pay your rent.
Your bank or building society will then take your payments automatically. You'll need to tell them if your rent changes so they take the right amount.
