Emergency accommodation
We use emergency accommodation to house people in an emergency who we have a legal duty to house, or while we investigate that legal duty under the Housing or Care Acts.
You will be supported by your Homelessness Prevention Officer or Social Worker for example, and you will also receive support from our Welfare Officers.
Temporary accommodation
Temporary accommodation is short-term housing in properties managed by our Temporary Accommodation Team.
Brighton and Hove Seaside Community Homes
Brighton and Hove Seaside Community Homes (Seaside Homes) is a not-for-profit, independent, charitable company that raises investment to improve empty properties. They provide the resulting homes to people in housing need. These properties are managed by our Temporary Accommodation Team.
