If you're a council tenant or council leaseholder, the Housing Systems Programme team can help you with any issues you have with your Housing Online account.
Use Housing Online
Find out how to use Housing Online and what you can do in your account.
Log in or register for a Housing Online account
If you know your ‘party reference’ or ‘payment reference', you can create an account for Housing Online.
This account is not connected to MyAccount. If you have a MyAccount, you’ll still need to register for a new account to use Housing Online.
You can use the same email address and password as your MyAccount to register with Housing Online.
If you've already registered, you can log in to your account to view your details.
Your Housing Online account
Use your Housing Online account to:
- pay your rent
- view your rent and any other accounts you may have with us, so you can check you're up to date
- download rent statements
- make other payments
- check your contact details and update your phone number and email address
- view any repairs you’ve logged in the last 12 months
- report new repairs and add photos of your repairs
- view the tenancies you have with us, including rent, garage, and car parking accounts
- give notice on your car parking space or garage account
- see your service charges (if you're a leaseholder, you must provide us with your date of birth to access this service)
- request permission for a pet or update who is living in your home
- request permission to make alterations to your home
- apply for decorating materials, help to decorate or help with gardening through our discretionary scheme
- tell us about a change of occupants in your home, such as a new baby, or someone leaving
- update your contact and other personal details
We can now upload documents directly into your housing online account, so that you get a response from us as soon as we have made a decision or responded to your request. This saves on postage and reduces mail delays.
You can also find useful links, including instructions for switching to Homing In online. This saves paper and postage and reduces our carbon footprint.
Leaseholders can also use Housing Online
If you're a leaseholder, you can also use Housing Online to:
- update your contact details
- add or update your mailing address
- add details of any sub-tenants you may have
- add or update details of any managing agent
- view your service charge accounts and make payments
If you haven’t already, you will need to provide your date of birth so we can verify your identity. Send an email with your details to our support team, and we'll send you instructions on how to sign up. If you have already provided us with your details, look out for invites from us.
