Outstanding repairs
We're working hard to reduce the number of outstanding jobs.
To speed up this process, we're working with Axis Europe to help us catch-up on outstanding older jobs and ensure that essential repairs are carried out in your homes.
To complete these jobs, Axis Europe will contact you directly to arrange an appointment.
Go to the Housing Online website to check the status of your repair.
Cancellation or emergencies
If the repair has already been completed or becomes more urgent, contact our Repairs Helpdesk who can either cancel or prioritise your repair.
