Stopping smoking can feel overwhelming, especially if you have smoked for a long time. Many people don't succeed at quitting on their first try. It's easy to slip up, but don't let that stop you from trying again.
No matter how many times you try to stop smoking, local pharmacies and the council's stop smoking service will always support you.
