Where to get help

If you live in Brighton and Hove, you can phone Ageing Well on 01273 322 947. They can give you information and advice about:

  • activities
  • events
  • making new friends
  • courses and training
  • volunteering opportunities

Ageing Well can also give you information and advice on managing your money, housing, legal issues and social care.

Support to lead a healthy life

The Healthy Lifestyles Team support adults and families that want to improve their health. 

They can help you:

  • stop smoking
  • increase your physical activity
  • get to a healthy weight
  • eat a healthy diet
  • drink less alcohol
  • improve your general wellbeing
