Who we share your data with

Please see below a list of the organisations with whom we share your data. This will depend on the service you are receiving.  We will never share your data without your explicit consent. We may also ask you for consent to share your data with other organisations in order to provide you with the right support.  We will always inform you and get your consent to do this.   1. They provide the data management system for securely storing your data
  2. Provide the online referral/self-referral form software
  3. They are commissioned by Brighton & Hove City Council to provide a range of Tier 2 weight management services (until 31 December 2023).
  4. They are commissioned by Brighton & Hove City Council to provide "Gloji Brighton & Hove" offering a range of Tier 2 weight management services from 1 January 2024.

  1. To enable them to provide you with Nicotine Replacement Therapy if requested as part of your support programme.
  2. Provide the data management solution we use to request your Nicotine Replacement Therapy for collection from Pharmacies if required.

  2. They provide agency coaching staff who deliver Active for Life activity sessions.

  4. If you have given consent to receive marketing information and feedback surveys via email your email address will be shared with Mailchimp in order to send you these communications.
