Maternity healthwalks are social walks on buggy-friendly routes, led by a local midwife. Find out more about maternity healthwalks.

Active for Life

Active for Life offers the following activities to stay active:

  • general healthwalks, walks throughout Brighton & Hove for people of all ages and abilities
  • postnatal pilates for people 6 to 8 weeks post-birth and pre-mobile babies
