Dance Active will take place at 4pm on Saturday 6 December 2025 at The Brighton Centre (Syndicate Wing).
Dance Active is one of Brighton & Hove's key celebratory intergenerational dance events.
It truly is about people of all ages and abilities enjoying the health and wellbeing benefits of dance.

We look forward to welcoming groups from Ceyda Tanc Dance Education and the Y.E.S project with the Hangleton & Knoll Project. The evening promises to be a joyous and life-affirming experience.
This event is produced by Brighton & Hove City Council's Healthy Lifestyles Team and supported by local community dance organisations.
Our host will be broadcaster Clare McDonnell from BBC Radio 5 Live Drive.
Tickets cost £6 (plus admin fee) from the Brighton Centre Box office which is now open for 2.5 hours in the early evening on the dates when there are events at the Brighton Centre.
There will be a British Sign Language interpreter at this event.
