We accept referrals for people who live in Brighton & Hove and want support to make healthy changes to:
Referrals are triaged and provided information, signposting or assessment to establish needs and supported with any potential onward referrals. We can also help people referred to the Healthy Lifestyles Team access additional relevant services in the city.
Interpreting support and support for access requirements is available.
