If a child is in immediate danger
The police operator will need to take your name, address and details of what has happened. This will take time, but it's essential to get all of the information from you so we can send you the appropriate resources if necessary.

- find other ways to report concerns about a child

Safeguarding letter for childcare providers
You'll need to give a copy of the safeguarding letter to every child in your setting.
Prevent duty training
From 1 July 2015 all registered childcare providers are subject to a duty to have "due regard to the need to prevent people from being drawn into terrorism". This duty is known as the Prevent Duty.
