Parent relationship questionnaire
This questionnaire will evaluate your relationship with your partner. This questionnaire is for parents who are together.
The questionnaire will ask you about how you get on with your partner on topics such as:
- money
- children and parenting issues
- sex and intimacy
The questionnaire scoring helps parents understand if they are in high, medium or low levels of conflict and recommends relevant courses and programmes are based on that score.
Ideally both parents would complete the questionnaire, but it can still be useful if just one parent does. Having a professional who knows you and can talk through your scores and the recommendations with you can also help, but isn’t essential.
