Parenting courses
Triple P parenting courses
These are 8 week courses designed to help you create and maintain a positive relationship with your child and deal effectively with challenges when they arise.
We offer these parenting courses from the age of 2:
- primary - 10 years old and under
- teen - 11 years old and over
- primary aged children with learning disabilities, physical disabilities or autism
For children under 5 years old, you can also contact your Health Visitor for support with parenting.
Family Transitions (separated parents) course for parents who are separated and in conflict
These are 5 week courses designed to encourage positive communication and working together effectively when parenting apart. It is most helpful if the 2 separated parents attend a course during the same term, (you will not be asked to attend the same course as your co-parent).
Booking a course
To access these courses, and other parenting support for your family, complete the Front Door for families form.
When filling out the form, mention which course it is that you're interested in taking.
