Where to advertise a job
Jobseekers are being directed to the government's 'Do something BIG. Work with small children’ Early Years careers campaign. It has lots of information on early years and childcare careers.
Include either Early Years or Wraparound Childcare at the beginning of your job title depending on the role (this is what jobseekers will use when searching, so is very important)
Early Years Jobs Email Alert – 2,050 job seekers, careers advisors, early years and out-of-school providers, family hubs, libraries, colleges, job centres and employment agencies.
careers events - in schools, colleges, employment/recruitment events
targeted workshops at Job Centre Plus Brighton and with local agencies and training organisations
We can also offer support with an interview if you are unable to put together a recruitment panel or if you know a candidate and would like an impartial person to attend.
