Do you suffer from PTSD/trauma related symptoms such as flashbacks, difficulties sleeping, anger, trauma reminders, anxiety around certain situations/people, shame etc?

Getting Back to You is a course that has already helped so many in our city who were struggling with such issues brought on by past trauma. Described as “totally life changing”, the course helps you understand trauma and its impact, and covers many grounding, practical strategies to soothe the nervous system. The tutor will also share online resources that you’ll be able to access during and after the course.

Last term’s learners said:

  • “Really amazing course, helped me through a massive struggle- it has given me so many useful tools to help deal with my PTSD”
  • “It’s made me realise that I’m not alone and that there are other people going through similar stuff with their own lives. It’s nice to be supported by a group of people"
  • “This course was amazing and not only helped with trauma but encouraged the people on the course to work together to find solutions that were workable in everyday lives. Things like breathwork techniques, self-compassion and self-soothing box all were things that everyone in the group, no matter their situation, could access.  We saw members of the group visibly flourish and it was testament to Agnes’ amazing ability to host the group with passion, kindness and enthusiasm”
