This workshop will give you practical tips on creating a positive relationship with your child and help you deal with challenges when they come up.

Workshops for parents of teenagers

Coping with teenagers' emotions

This 2-hour workshop will look at some of the reasons teenagers can become emotional and gives some practical suggestions to help you.

Reducing family conflict

This 2-hour workshop will look at why teenagers get into fights and arguments and provide some practical suggestions to help your teen solve problems calmly.

This 2-hour workshop will look at why teenagers get into trouble and gives practical advice to help your teen anticipate and manage problem situations. It also gives guidance on how to discuss this with your teenager in a positive and supportive way.
